Project 10 Pan

So while we are on the topic of confessions this week, I thought I should admit that I own way too many beauty products.
(Hellloooo I'm a beauty blogger!)

Anyway, this gal just keeps on accumulating more and more products with no end in sight.
Don't get me wrong, I love new products, I just thought it would be fun to see if I could actually use an item all up.
Currently I use about 3/4 of a product and then move on to something else. Thus, my bathroom is full of 1/4 full products!

Enter Project 10 Pan!

Basically I'm pledging to fully use up 10 (probably going to feel like 100) products before I buy any more.

I've read of people doing project 50 pan. Come on folks, that sounds crazy!
I'm going to start small and we'll see how long it takes, but I might just keep doing P10P back to back until I use up some of my stash.

I'll keep you all informed along the way and I'll be sure to photograph what I use up.

Stay tuned, Lizy x

The Clarins Instant Light Natural Lip Perfector

I have an unhealthy obsession I need to share with you all.
I am addicted to the Instant Light Natural Lip Perfectors by Clarins.

I own all of the shades in the range and use them alllll the time!
What I love about them is that they are a mix of lip gloss and lip balm. They deliver enough colour so as not to look like you've just got vaseline on your lips but they aren't a sticky, gluggy mess (I'm talking to you MAC Lipglass!).

They taste like some sort of subtle sweet goodness and if you can resist licking it off, the formula hydrates and protects your lips for hours.
As their name suggests, they contain light reflecting particles (not hunks of glitter) that 'perfects' your natural lip.
Basically you still look like yourself, just a whole lot better.

You could probably say that I'm addicted to Clarins lip products altogether.
And you wouldn't be wrong.

The Lip Perfectors come in 3 different shades (above).
From the top:
01 Rose
02 Apricot
03 Nude

It's so hard to pick my favourite, that's why I had to have all of them.
They retail for around NZ$34 wherever Clarins is stocked.

Have a good week!
